Why was I declined for an order?

There are a few main reasons that a purchaase can be declined.

The first is that your card does not have enough funds in it to make the purchase or has expired. You can remedy this by topping up your card or using a different card that will have enough funds.

The second reason is because we feel that we dont know you well enough yet. Double check that the information you updated was accurate at account creation.

Finally,Gratify applies restrictions based on the number of open orders available, credit limit, or missed payments.
