How can I add or change a card on my account?

If you have a Gratify subscription or payment plan, you may need to update your payment information from time to time. Fortunately, the process is quick and easy, and can be completed through the Gratify website.

To update your payment information, follow these simple steps:

1.    Click on the "Details" tab

Once you are logged into your Gratify account, navigate to the "Details" tab located on the top left-hand side of the screen.

2.    Click the "Update" hyperlink.  

On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see a hyperlink labeled "Update." Click on this link to proceed with updating your payment information.

    3.    Confirm that the new card can be charged

    After clicking the update hyperlink, a pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that the new card can be charged. Click "Continue" to proceed.

    4.    Select your card

    If you have multiple cards on file, you can select the one you wish to use for future Gratify payments. Otherwise, you can add a new card by clicking the "Add new card" button. Once you have made your selection, click "Confirm."

    5.    Enter the CVC

    You will now be prompted to enter the CVC for the selected card. This is the three-digit code found on the back of your card. Enter the code and click "Confirm."

    6.    Update your Order Details panel

    Once you have confirmed your payment information, your Gratify order will charge the next installment on the updated card. Your Order Details panel will also be updated to reflect the new card associated with the order for future installments.
